Terms of Use
Effective August 6, 2026.
These are the plain-English terms for using Two Phone Party. There's no legal team behind this — it's an independent app — so we've kept it short and skipped the parts that don't actually apply to a two-phone party game.
The app
Two Phone Party is a collection of head-to-head two-player games, played across two phones on the same Wi-Fi or, for players on different networks, over an online room code. It's free to use, has no accounts, and works fully offline for local play.
Using it
Play fair, play nice. Two Phone Party is meant for two people having a good time on their own phones — don't use it to harass, spam, or abuse anyone, and don't try to break, flood, or abuse the online relay servers. Beyond that: it's yours to use for personal, non-commercial fun. Don't decompile it, resell it, or pass it off as your own.
No warranty
Two Phone Party is provided "as is." We built it to work well and we test it, but we can't promise it's bug-free, that it'll work on every device or network setup, or that a match will never drop. We're not liable for lost time, lost games, or a Tuesday evening spent debugging Wi-Fi instead of playing air hockey.
Online play
Online matches pass through a relay server we run, purely to move gameplay bytes between two phones for the length of one match — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what that does and doesn't involve. We may take the relay service down for maintenance, or change how it works, without notice; local Wi-Fi play never depends on it and will keep working regardless.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app changes. Continuing to use the app after an update means you're fine with the current version. We'll update the effective date above whenever that happens.
